Sowmya Nanjundaiah, Founder, CEO

Sowmya was previously the Vice President (Business Development and Product Development) at Nirvana Business Solutions and worked with the founding team of Nirvana in the areas of corporate strategy, business development, marketing and branding. Prior to Nirvana, she worked for the United Way, MA. Currently, she also serves in a non-executive capacity as an advisor to several organizations including wine, consulting and service companies in India, and is regularly featured in several leading publications. Sowmya has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Mount Carmel College and a MBA from the University of Massachusetts.

Pratap Thumboochetty, Co-founder, COO

Pratap has been involved in founding and growing multiple start-ups in various sectors including 3D animation, strategy consulting and real-estate. Previously, Pratap spent several years with Capital One both in the US and India running several divisions of business units including customer acquisition and management functions. He was also responsible for Capital One’s retail financial market entry into India. He has also worked for the Federal Communications Commissions and the Indian Institute of Science. Pratap was a Gold Medalist in the Electrical & Electronics Engineering course from Bangalore University and has a MBA from The Yale School of Management.
