A typical engagement begins with a detailed understanding of available data (transactional, demographic, historical, and external data sources) and preparing of the data to be rendered usable. This performance data is then segmented and arranged to create business trends and patterns used to identify the current performance of the business. Once these trends are spotted, predictive models are built that create hypothetical business scenarios and detailed financial cases are built to understand the viability of these potential actions. The business then narrows down the list of possibilities and in conjunction with the client tests these programs in the market in a limited scope. These results are then monitored and the additional data is then fed back into the performance data to provide a continuous feedback “test and learn” loop.
